Description: Traditionally, English Breakfast is a Chinese Black tea. We selected a beautiful organically grown gold-tipped China Black from the Fujian Province and have blended it with an organically grown Assam Tea from India. We found that the teas complemented each other very well.
Steep at 212 degrees for 3-5 mins
Description: The infusion is light in color and has an aroma of sweet Jasmine. The delicately floral liquor imparts a smooth, well-rounded taste experience to the palate. Try it alone, then add your preferred sweetener if so desired.
Steep at 185 degrees 1-3 mins
Description: Each steep unfurls the tightly rolled green leaves a little bit more to reveal the floral aromas and subtle flavors so characteristic of a high quality Oolong tea. It brews a medium-bodied cup that has a clean finish.
